CHDB provides population-based data to a variety of organizations interested in gaining a better understanding of the communities they serve and how to best meet their needs. Hospitals, health systems, managed care organizations, universities and government agencies are invited to participate as members.

Membership includes an array of data products and services in addition to full access to all of the primary and secondary data collected and maintained by CHDB. Members play an important role in the ongoing development of the data and direction that guide the Household Health Survey.
