Narrative Description

These selected findings are from Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) (2012) Community Health Data Base which administers the Southeastern Pennsylvania Household Health Survey, a major landline and cell phone survey of more than 10,000 households that examines the health and social well-being of residents in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. The survey contains information about local residents' health status, use of health services and access to care. PHMC is a nonprofit public health institute that creates and sustains healthier communities and has served the Greater Philadelphia region since 1972.
