In addition to access to Southeastern Pennsylvania Household Health Survey data, CHDB provides access to data from the US Census and Pennsylvania Vital Statistics. Members receive these data through a demographic product (available in either Excel or SPSS formats). This product allows for easy data runs of birth, mortality and demographic data for various levels of geography.
US Census Data
Community Health Data Base provides data in aggregated geographic areas from the most recent US Census as well estimates and projections from Nielsen-Claritas. Contact your associate for assistance. See the downloadable tables below for some frequently requested US Census data:

Pennsylvania Vital Statistics
Vital Statistics data on mortality and natality are available from the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Data are provided in four-year average annualized rates, and are available at the ZIP code and county levels for all of Southeastern Pennsylvania and by census tract for Philadelphia County.
