Drop Box
Dropbox is a file sharing application that will be used to distribute Household Health Survey Data Files to our members. Founded in 2007, its focus has been to create basic and reliable ways to share and send files across different computers and networks. It makes all files available to the user from any computer or phone, and is straightforward and intuitive to use. This service will offer much in the way of simplicity, efficiency and convenience.

Aria Health
Aria Health is the largest healthcare provider in Northeast Philadelphia and Lower Bucks County. With three leading-edge community hospitals and a strong network of outpatient centers and primary care physicians, Aria upholds a longstanding tradition of bringing advanced medicine and personal care to the many communities it serves. The Community Health Data Base is spotlighting Aria Health this month in part to recognize its unique GetFitseries, one of a variety of wellness programs they offer to promote exercise as a preventive measure. The program offers an individualized exercise prescription and an orientation to the program with an exercise physiologist.
The Community Health Data Base is also working with Aria Health to develop its 2015 Community Health Needs Assessment.

The Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania (MHASP)
Since 1951, The Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania (MHASP) has been a leader in transforming mental health services regionally, statewide and nationally. Fox Chase Cancer Center
Fox Chase Cancer Center, part of the Temple University Health System, is one of the leading cancer research and treatment centers in the United States. Health Promotion Council (HPC)
Health Promotion Council's Southeastern Pennsylvania Tobacco Control Project (SEPA TCP) is devoted to combating tobacco use and improving integration of tobacco control services in Southeastern Pennsylvania. SEPA TCP provides comprehensive tobacco prevention and treatment services as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's ongoing efforts to address tobacco use prevention and treatment, exposure to tobacco smoke pollution, and tobacco-related health disparities.
