2008 Berks-Lancaster-Schuylkill Household Health Survey!

Conducted in the summer of 2008, the survey includes information on 3,000 households in Berks, Lancaster, and Schuylkill counties (1,000 households per county)!  The survey topic areas include health status, access to care, health behaviors, and health screenings.  The survey is similar to the SEPA Household Health Survey, but shorter and tailored to Berks, Lancaster, and Schuylkill counties.  This survey is the result of a collaboration between the Health Promotion Council and the CHDB.
